How It Works

Luxury Asset Network is an online trading house for swapping luxury assets. Like other sites, we allow individuals to post their assets for sale, but we strongly encourage you to trade your assets. Consider the endless possibilities of trading items with high depreciation such as cars and boats. Instead of waiting months for someone to buy your item, or selling it back to a dealer at reduced price, you can simply trade it at its full market value. We also allow you to swap more appreciable items like real estate and businesses.

How it works is simple. You start by creating a free account and posting your assets. You can automatically post your assets for free by clicking on “Post My Asset” on the homepage. Unlike the buyer/seller websites where a seller has to wait for a buyer to make an offer, you can be pro-active and contact other members who have assets that match your interest. If a match is made, then it’s completely between you and the other party to come to an agreement and make the swap. You could go the safe and formal route through legal representation or use less formal means such as simply transferring the title with a notary.

Luxury Services. This feature allows you to post your services for free for others to view. If you own a company or offer services that you believe our members would find helpful, please post under this tab. Luxury Services are not meant to be bought, sold, or traded – it is just a place for you to share your services with others.

Please exercise caution! Like other websites, we are open to the public and do not provide background checks to verify people actually own what they post. We are simply a service to help you get swap assets. Please exercise caution when meeting with the other party and be aware of the common dangers that come with selling/swapping any items, whether it’s through your local newspaper or on this website.

We love feedback. We are a small dynamic company and are passionate about doing things right. Because of our size, we have the flexibility to listen to our members and let their feedback dictate our next features. We certainly don't have all the ideas so we have provided an open door for you to give us yours. If there's anything that can be done differently or made easier, please let us know. We are always improving this website so as it grows we'll be implementing new measures to make it easier to navigate and find assets of interest.

About Luxury Asset Network. Luxury Asset Network was launched in May of 2008 by Jack Schoch. Jack spent a lot of time searching the internet for his next toy, and then, when he finally found one, he'd have to sell a possession (or two) to raise the cash to buy it.
